About VerAIsonio

VerAIsonio sits at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence and the wine industry. It was created to help wine businesses move beyond the discussion of AI and into its practical application.

While artificial intelligence is widely discussed, its use in wine often remains limited. Many businesses already hold valuable data but lack the structure, tools or clarity to translate it into meaningful insight.

Our Approach

VerAIsonio is a consultancy specialising in data and AI in the wine industry.

We believe the value of AI in the wine trade lies not in novelty, but in application.

Our work begins with understanding how your business operates, what data exists and how decisions are made in practice. In many cases, the opportunity is not more technology, but better structure, clarity and relevance.

We identify where data and AI can support real decisions, from vineyard operations to commercial strategy, and apply it in a way that is reliable and aligned with the realities of the industry.

AI does not replace expertise. It strengthens it.
